Manage One Call tickets within the same system used for your pipeline assets. Tickets received from the state can either be automatically imported through an email account or manually entered into the system. Once in TaskOp, you can review, manage, and analyze each ticket through its full lifecycle. The system allows you to document whether a ticket has been cleared or marked and can automatically notify the state and excavator. When a ticket falls within the pipeline impact radius (PIR), personnel can be assigned to conduct field evaluations and document their site visits. Each ticket is fully recorded in TaskOp, including ticket details, actions taken, field inspections, and closure information.
