Barcode and QR code scanning in the native mobile app is now live as of 10/16/25 (version 1.74 of the mobile app).
If you would like to use this feature, please reach out to your TaskOp support team and we can enable it on the backend for supported fields (Text, Multi-line Text, Numeric, URL, Email, and Reference).
When enabled, end users will see a scanner icon in the field while adding or editing records—making it easy to scan and capture data directly with their device’s camera.
