TaskOp added a one-click button that instantly carries forward all baseline answers from the current year’s Well, Reservoir, or Cavern Risk record into the next year’s record. No re-entering data. No missed fields. Just a fast, consistent starting point for each new assessment.

TaskOp also introduced a powerful Grid Edit report, letting teams update answers across multiple wells, reservoirs, or caverns at the same time, without opening records one by one. Together, automated record copying and bulk editing cut down manual effort, reduce errors, and make annual risk reviews faster and far less painful for the entire team.

Copy the most Current Well, Reservoir, Cavern Risk

Select the Risk you want to Copy

You can Select a Well and a Reservoir. The Do All Checkbox will copy ALL Well Risk in that Reservoir.
This is the same for Reservoir and Cavern.

You can also just copy over 1 Well; you must select a Reservoir first and that will Filter out the Well dropdown to only the Wells in that Reservoir.

Once you save you will see the Copy Date filled out and the Risk copied over to the Table of the Risk you selected.
